Factoring, simplifying, multiplying, and dividing fractions with numbers and letters and polynomials and perfect square binomials............I am not even sure if I am explaining what we are doing the correct way!

Let's see... going to get my workout in this morning before work. Then heading to the office until 7 pm. Need to double check what I am bringing on my cruise--- heading out for a week in the bahamas on Sunday; hope the weather plays nice.
Will be the first time I wear a bathing suit since my surgery so it was actually fun finding a couple different ones!

Pam - I know you're already asleep at this point, but I still wish you a lovely day ;-).
The scale is still "stuck" for me, so I'm changing up and going to lay off the weights for a couple of weeks and do cardio every other day to try and kick start things. Also will be switching up food a bit - I've reached that "post-honeymoon" period with the food that it's become more of a chore to come up with things that are "interesting" to eat. Sigh.
Anyway, no exercise this morning - just got my butt into wor****il 4:30. Then home and hopefully working on jewelry tonight - need to make a bunch of watches (watch-bands, actually, not the actual watches) and some more cuff bracelets. Either that or I will try and get to the grocery store... torn...

I constantly find it difficult to find things exciting to eat. I tend to make the same things all the time. I try to switch it up but budget and time doesn't always allow for a huge change. So I know where you are coming from.
Last night AND tonight, is cheese omelettes. I can't eat what my SIL made last night and don't like what she is making tonight, so I will be eating omelettes just to make sure I have food in my belly that includes protein. Not exciting, just necessary.

Hi all, Wow Pam what a interesting shift you had LOL.
Lets see today I am at work. 3rd day without FB at work. I am surviving. LOL
I got a real nice note from someone who was at my talk last week that used one of the tips I gave and had a good outcome. She was very complimentary and it made the whole stressful evening worth it totally.
I got my MRI results for my hip and they are normal, so why is my hip screaming in pain?
Hope to catch up on some tv tonight and veg out. That is about all that is on my agenda today
