Thanks Jodi! Hey, I might actually be getting out to York in the near future - both of my sisters are coming in for Thanksgiving and none of us have been out to 'visit' Dad' in a while - plus they both want Wolfgang's and Stauffers - I'll get a box of chocolate stars for mom - one of her favs!!

I promise I'll be good, tho - just the smell of some of that stuff makes me dump - LOL!!!

If you do come to york, and would have time for a Breakfast, lunch or dinner or even just a coffee at DD, let me know. I would love to meet you and chat a little.

I'd love to meet you and sit and chat but let's make it a time when I can come out myself - for one it'll give me an 'excuse' to get out of the house some Saturday or Sunday by myself when life starts piling in on me and two, my siblings aren't particularly supportive or understanding of my WLS and not that we wouldn't talk about other things, but I just wouldn't be very comfortable with them around. But it definitely sounds like a great plan!

Good Morning Pam and all of PA!

I had such a nice day yesterday with Larry and the kids - we went to the Adventure Aquarium in Camden and then went to the Spaghetti Warehouse for dinner where they were very accomodating and made me a peice of grilled chicken with melted cheese and a side of marinara sauce for me to dip.  When she brought it out, she said that she would bring me a bigger plate as it was on a little plate, and I advised her that it was perfect.  I love the strange looks people give me as I order things that are just strange.  It is fun for me! :)  And...there was no need to explain to her that I was a WLS patient.  Oh...and at the aquarium in the shark section there was a scale which tells you where you fall as compared to different kinds of sharks - I jumped on that scale with NO reservations!  I just followed the kids as they did the same thing and I am ONLY three pounds heaver than Larry - another few weeks and I will FINALLY be less than him! YAY!  I would have stayed soooo far away from that thing in my old life!  I am LOVING this tool!

So - today is back to work, Algebra day here in my class....Looks like I will NOT be bored today as I was on Tuesday!  After school I am headed to get my hair colored!  Step-dad said to me last week, why is your hair gray?  Well...I couldn't make THAT phone call fast enough!  :)  After, I will be coming home to run the girls back and forth to girl scouts and then home to hopefully sleep early.  We shall see what the evening holds!

Thanks - that is the picture I took the day I found out that I had lost over 100 pounds! :)  (and I was sporting my Phillies nails! :) )  And....if only I could win SOMETHING!!!! :))

Oh Steffi! I wanted to let you know that I got a 100% on my quiz I took Monday night! Last night we just reviewed because this coming Monday is our BIGGEST test so far. I have been studying like crazy and hope to do well. this algebra stuff is a HUGE struggle for me, but I am hanging in there and I wanted to brag about my quiz! LOL
