Wednesday Excercise

I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning but am still a little under the weather. What is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I wish I could do an hour on the elliptical. That's a goal of mine.

I did manage 30 minutes today. Also did some bench and rowing.

I rocked the treadmill for 32 minutes this morning at a higher incline than usual and managed to keep the speed up!  (yay!).... we'll see if I can walk later ;-)

Finished up with a long, leisurely 15 minute stretching session including pushups. 

The ole body feels pretty good today.

One hour Step class after work. It's a rest day from strength training.

I recently started walking again, as I had the broken toe in August, and other than dog walks, had not done any really intense walking.

Today is a bike day.  I plan to do 30 minutes on my bike.

will do an hour of sparring and karate tonight...and if I can get out of the house early enough, I will hit the gym before hand.

I did 20 min diet routine on elliptical, 12 minutes bike, 8min tae bo, 8 min arms and stretching. I have a stiff neck, tried to do some ab slide but was too tight on neck. I am hoping to lose at least 10 lbs before surgery (anticipating Jan). I am trying! - Lynn

going to gym after work.. will do time on the elliptical.. as much time as I can handle. It may only be 10 minutes, but it will be 10 more than I've done before.  Today's strength training is back and biceps.  I will probably do that right after elliptical and then if there's time, I will get on recumb bike for awhile.

have to pick up Siehara at 5 and don't want to go back afterwards.

I walked 1 mile this morning and 2 tonight.  I am not yet coordinated enough for the elliptical.  Once I am all healed up I want to do the couch to 5K like Lisa H is doing- you go girl!

the program seems really great and it is getting me out of my comfort zone for sure! I can't wait until I can jog for more than 90 seconds at a time!
