Snacks
I'm not so original nor out of the ordinary....
Greek yogurt
Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon (tastes like rice pudding)
String cheese
Deli Roll Ups (ham, turkey, cheese or combination there of)
Fruit w/ PB (apple or banana)
I made home made chocolate covered (NSA) graham cracker cookies the other day - and have been having them as my snacks
Years back on atkins I used to take some shredded cheese (like cheddar) and sprinkle it onto a nonstick bake mat (silicone) into a circle pattern, put a dash of garlic salt on it, and bake it at about 425 until bubbly and golden brown. Then, let cool and take them off the mat - they were now crispy (think crispy edges of lasagna or something like that...) and I would use them as my "crackers" The same thing works with shredded parmesean (not the stuff in the green can, LOL)

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I tend to have the same type of things all the time for snacks but they work.
Cheese is my favorite. I buy 3 or 4 different blocks of cheese, cut them all up and then put a few of each kind in baggies so I have a variety of them already in grab and go baggies.
I also do the lunch meat thing and roll a slice of provolone or swiss with each piece.
Another thing I do is to take left over Chicken Breast or Steak and cut into bite size pieces and put in baggies. I can have that right at my desk and use that as a snack.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!
