Good Morning All!!

B" egg and cheese on english muffin
S: fage and peaches
L: 1 small slice white pizza with ricotta and broccoli
S: cheddar cheese and apples in the car
D: not sure - I'll get somthing while I'm at the store
S: not sure here either - I've been falling asleep before I get to eat it

B=1/2 cup of oatmeal with raisins

S=2 slices of cheese

L=2 slices peperoni and cheese on low carb pita

S=NSA pudding

D=?????not sure yet...possibly chicken since I made a pork chop last night

S= grapes or cucumber slices

Hopefully I will get in a protein shake today too...def need to make sure I am hitting my protein goal from now on

Long day so the food will be intermitten

B- Protein shake
Coffee

Steel cut oatmeal w/ walnuts

Salad with tuna, onion and goat cheese.

Yogurt with protein powder

Cheese stick and some nuts before clients

Not sure about dinner will probably munch on nuts between clients

S: half a Rockin' Roll bar, half an apple
Post workout snack: half a Rockin' Roll bar, half an apple
Dinner: grilled chicken, zucchini & tomatoes
S: ricotta ice cream
