Sticking to the Basics - Wed
B=1/2 cup of oatmeal with raisins
S=2 slices of cheese
L=2 slices peperoni and cheese on low carb pita
S=NSA pudding
D=?????not sure yet...possibly chicken since I made a pork chop last night
S= grapes or cucumber slices
Hopefully I will get in a protein shake today too...def need to make sure I am hitting my protein goal from now on
