B: turkey sausage patty and scrambled egg
L: spinach salad with chicken, olives, and red onion
D: fish taco - fish, salsa, avocado, sour cream and a tortilla
lots of water throughout the day
4 mile run and hill training this afternoon... ugh!

Had a fight with the NSA apple crisp and I lost but I won't be mad, I'll just move on and make better choices today....

L: SMs Cancun Chili....1/2 cup with 3 Rice Chips crushed in....dallop of Fage
S: Hard boiled egg ......( low Vit A )
D: The rest of the defrosted chili......
Water Water Water to wash out apple crisp goodness........lol.....
I'm spreading light by leaving the left over Apple Crisp in the break room for my staff....and I'm NOT telling them, it's NSA....hehehehe.....until AFTER they scarf it down !!!

D=????? PORK CHOP AND VEGGIES WITH A TBSP OF APPLESAUCE(NOT SURE YET......)
S=CUCUMBER SLICES AND FAT FREE RANCH DRESSING

D: Filet mignon, broccoli
S: ricotta ice cream
