Do NOT

Suggest going out to dinner with your husband to Olive Garden and then "food porn" your way through their dessert menu just for laughs.

You will find a No Sugar Added Chocolate Lava Cake.

Then you will order it.

Then you will be told they have none "ready" but will send you home with a frozen one for free.

The next night you will heat it up as per the waitress' instructions.

And then you will want to never remember it is only 3.5 miles away from your house.

My gracious....it was ridiculously good.  And not protein packed, I can assure you.

But....it was NSA so it was ok for a treat...but definately a trigger for me.

I can't remember who posted a link to it....but someone here posted a "show your solidarity" thread and had made up a whole bunch of cancer slogans for us to use in our tickers.

At this time in my life, I have been blessed to not have been touched by cancer myself, but know so many people who are battling it.  My signature line was put up for all of them, and especially for Chris (rivardstarr on the boards) who is most recently undergoing cancer treatments.

I guess I am lucky.  I can turn down desserts.  Once and awhile, I will want a cookie but most don't appeal to me.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

I am not a huge dessert fan myself...except when I do want them...watch the heck out.  And it was 'that time' although I didn't realize it....and chocolate and I have a strong bond during that time.

Luckily - the intense cravings have seemed to subside right now and was probably just a one time of the cycle intensity.
