Wow moment

I just wanted to share that I had a huge wow moment this weekend - I walked the Lincoln Loop. Those in NE Philly know exactly what I mean. For those who aren't, it's a 2.5 mile walk. I never, ever thought I'd be able to do it. I'm a little sore and I was worn out at the end, but I made it! I still feel like a giddy little school girl.

I'm going to have to get Gene to show me the Lincoln loop. Since I moved here in 2003 just prior to us getting married I'm still learning all about the northeast....Now I'm curious about this Lincolon loop

I grew up in NE Philly but never heard of the Lincoln Loop... ummm... where is it?

Karen some call it the Pennypack loop or the Lincoln loop...It is down rowland ave to rhawn street down rhawn to lexington avenue to ryan avenue then back to your starting point on rowland. It is has a few hils and such and it is a good workout. You will go past Lincoln High School , Austin Meehan school and of course the park ;)

Ah ok - the "other side" of Roosevelt Blvd!  Got it!

I grew up in the NE and live there now and know all about the Lincoln loop!!!! Congrats!!!! I usually walk around NE High for some nice walking excersise too!!! Great job!
