my new favorite treat

today I whipped up the following.

1 package SF Vanilla pudding
2 cups skim milk
2 scoops Bananas and Cream protein drink (Nectar)
1 banana.
 (divided all of it to 4 servings)


mmmmm high protein banana pudding.  OMG.  sooooo happy right now.

I love banana pudding and this sounds like a great adaptation!  Thanks for sharing!

Did you just mix it all in a bowl or in the food processor or blender?

put milk in bowl,  added protein mix.  used hand mixer to blend that,  then I added the vanilla pudding... mixed that.  poured it into individual serving bowls and cut in the bananas.  (left out the vanilla wafers but I didn't even miss them)

ummm, going to go get some plain greek yogurt and add some sf banana pudding mix to it --- right now . . .   my quickie version, mmmmm mmmmm good.

Hmmm wondering if DaVinci has a banana syrup I am thinking 1 c 1% milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein and splash of banana syrup (if they make it?) and it we want it one banana.  I will have to see if Barix in Langhorne has Bananas and Cream protein drink because that does sound yummy! Wonder if they make banana sf pudding I haven't seen that at Giant yet?

and full of protein.  Two scoops of the protein drink = 43 just on its own. 

I figured each serving is about 15 (give or take a gram).

I'm not a fan of banana - but wanted to say that actually sounds pretty good and glad you found something that you like!
