Its about 2 am and im awake. So technically my Sunday has started. Woke up about 20 minutes ago with some mild contractions/braxton hicks. They are not very painful but im feeling them. Gonna drink a glass of milk shortly and put my feet up to relax.

Not much today. Kam has a soccer game and then we are heading to my aunts for chili and taco dinner.

Hopefully will be a good day.
Have a great day everyone!!

Not a fun way to start off a day, Tanya!  Rest, feet up, and fluids honey!  I hope everything settles down for you today!

My agenda is a little sketchy today.  I am frosting some sugar cookies shortly.  They were taken out for the little girl yesterday (originally made for Brian for Halloween but never got around to decorating them) and we didn't do that with her yesterday so now I need to do it today as I have all the icing made etc.

The inlaws are *probably* coming up for a visit today.  I haven't seen them in quite some time, and actually, neither has hubby so I shouldn't complain.  However, based on phone conversations in the past few weeks - they are in rare form and I'm just not looking forward to the probably conversations that we will have tonight.   Oh well.  We'll get a free meal outta the deal more than likely cause I was explicitly told "don't cook"

However, I have noooo idea when they are coming - probably not till evening time so we have the whole middle part of the day to ourselves.

Enjoy!

Pam

Goodmorning everyone. I haven't been checking in here as often as I would like. I had my first surgeon consult this week and it went well. I desided to go ahead witht hte relize band. I have my first nut visit tomorrow. I am glad about that because they require a 3 month program before I can submit to insurance. I also got a packet to fill out for the mental health department for my phyc eval. I am upset that it may cost 250.00 dollars. None of them want to take the insurance but, I did find this one who is willing to bill insurance. I will have to pay whatever they don't. Oh well. I have spent a lot more over the years on diet scams and such. This is a much better investment. I have been doing well following my version of a low carbish diet. I still can't seem to slow myself down and chew my food longer. I will see what the nut has in store.
Have a great day everyone. Getting ready for church.

Good Morning PA!

Not much going on today.  I am off for a run in the park at 8:30 (when it is a little warmer), going to watch a soccer game of a former student at 12 and then heading to PA to watch football with some friends.  That's it.  Get outside and enjoy the day!

Good Morning Tanya, and PA and Friends,

I sure hope you are feeling better today.  The last trimester is frought with discomfort, and anticipation.

I am struggling with the food these days, and hiding from PA forum because of it.  I could not make it to the support meeting on Saturday, if there was one, because I had to work.   I need more contact with people.  I also need more honesty on my part.  I am not doing the self-care I need to in order to resist the sugar and carbs.

Today has me heading to work again.  Yesterday was a killer.  My boss scheduled me for seven groups, which was just exhausting.  I am going to try to leave a little earlier, and then head to my church's youth meeting.  I am hoping to begin helping there regularly.

Have a great day.

Hugs,
Trish

Trish, don't hide from us. We are here to help you. You know that.   I am having issues with food lately too and even though I am not posting about it, I am reading everyone else's posts and that helps.

We are here for each other!!!

Good morning everyone,

Slept an extra hour and a half this morning and still tired.

Must have been the adventure to Atlantic City yesterday.  I love the casinos but the drive is about 2 and 1/2 hours.  Tough to do in 1 day.  At least I won 300 dollars.   Not a bad day.

Lots of stuff to catch up on at home today.  I hope the coffee kicks in...lol

Has anyone tried the primal strips yet?  They are made by Primal Spirit Foods and are very good.  Also, the light cheese crackers by fiber gourmet are really good.

I hope everyone has a great Sunday.

morning all.. Tanya, tell Marshall that he needs to just knock it off.  Tell him that he needs to stop making your body do weird things in the middle of the night and just stay in that nice warm place for another month, at least.  Tell him TANTA LISA said so!!!!

So far this morning,  I am just drinking a CLICK shake that I got free at the conference. It's pretty good, though a bit strong in the coffee department.  I put it in the blender with some ice and SF caramel DaVinci.. not too bad.

My hope was to just relax today, but the girls want to do something.  I told Siehara it could be anything that doesn't cost money since I am flat broke.  Window shopping in the mall would be ok.  I might even let them walk around on their own and just tell Siehara to meet me at a certain spot after about 30 mins to check in and then let them go again.. I'm trying to be more lenient with her about certain things and I think as long as she's with someone else, I can be.

This morning, though, I'm thinking about heading over to the gym while the girls are together.  I want to see if they'd be willing to stay here without me for about an hour so I can go workout.

Other than that, nothing specific on the agenda.  Eventually, I'll take Siehara's friend home and just relax for the day.  I am feeling better from yesterday and don't want to take any chances on illness coming back.

Good morning everyone!

Today I'm up getting ready to go meet up with great friends from the last college I worked at.  We try and get together at least once a month.  Today we are meeting for an early lunch and then we're going to tackle the Lancaster outlets ... in 1 day!  I hardly ever go out there other than the Lane Bryant outlet store - but I've got my Christmas shopping list with me and hope to find some great deals.

Then it's home tonight to catch up on laundry, unpack from the conference this last week and probably run to the grocery store.  Early to bed for me (I hope!) because I plan to be at the LGH center working my butt off early tomorrow morning.

Have a great fall day everyone!

Hi all!

I slept in a bit today---woke up around 7 or so.  Yeah I know, but that's late for me!  lol  I read for a little while, then did my hour on the treadmill.  Had my Click after my workout (Lisa---I drink mine hot, but I may try it with the syrup you mentioned.)  I want to go to a couple of stores today and pick up some sale items.  I also need to catch up with a friend who was to shorten some pants for me this week.  I hope they're done---I'm changing sizes again, and I think I'm ready to start wearing these.  Got some laundry to do too.

Have a great day, everyone!!
