so, I didn't make this recipe thismorning but I did do this:

1/4 C Cottage cheese
1/4 C egg beaters
2 TBSP whole wheat flour
pumpkin pie spice
2 pkts splenda

mixed it all together and made pancakes.. yummy with my coffee!

Do you blend this or literally just mix it in a bowl? (i'm wondering what happens with the curds in the cottage cheese - don't they stay lumps?

I put the ingredients in my mini food processor.. you know, the one I tried to grind my coffee in.. LOL!

By the way, I did grind my coffee last night! YUMMY!
