D: pork chops and green beans - I am REALLY going to cook these tonight!

Good Morning Liz!

I have been doing really well with my eating.  I am actually writing down everything and I mean everything!)  I eat in the food journal to take with me when I see Kristin.  I haven't had the time to put it on here.  But today I have a few minutes so here goes:

B:  protein shake
L:  not sure
D:  we are going to Rachel's (I think I can't remember the name of the place really) for fantastic crepes!

lots of water
my vitamins - even though they make me feel sick
no exercise - but I am back to running full speed and I planned this as a rest day

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

hmmm...its going to be a tough one today.  I am literally on the run from 9:45 AM until late tonight. 

B:  hopefully grab a coffee and a ham, egg and cheese English muffin on the way to my very busy day.

L:  dont know that I will get a chance for lunch....

D:  Rachel's for crepes...not sure I have ever had crepes before....creeps yes, but not crepes. 

I will grab a water bottle too so I stay "liquified" all day!

S: DD Coffee
L: cottage cheese / red pepper with edamame hummus
S: tea
D: egg salad made with greek yogurt over greens/raw veggies
S: dried edamame

Morning (still is, technically)...

B:  Fresh pineapple with cream cheese
S:  Yogurt
L:  Chicken marsala with steamed broccoli
S:  Tomatoes with balsamic and string cheese
D:  Thai probably - salmon likely...  going out with daughter and her b'friend
S:  IF i have one, cinnamon tea bread i made last night OR sf pudding (will depend on what i have for dinner)

E:  Treadmill for 30 mins this morning

Good morning just under the wire!

B: Hot Chocolate Max Protein (I love this as hot chocolate, warms me up on a cold morning!)
S: Cabot cheddar
L: grilled ahi tuna, green beans
S: Half a McIntosh apple, Half a Rockin' Roll bar
S: Other half of the Rockin' Roll bar (post workout)
D: chopped antipasto
S: chocolate brownie protein ice cream  (SO GOOD!)
