Good Morning All

I actually grocery shopped last night so I have food choices! lol

B" 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: Fage and peaches
L: roast beef rolls with provolone
S : cheddar cheese and a few crackers
D: pork chops... no I didn't cook them last night lol
S: apple crisp

S: DD Coffee
L: cottage cheese, red pepper
S: dried edamame
D: joe off to pick up his daughter for weekend --- i'm winging it . . .  but i'll be good
S: thinking quickie pumpkin mouse/pudding

Ok, quick question...is this tracking what we ate the day prior or what we ate today? I notice people have things filled in for lunch and dinner but I'm still working on breakfast. Are these items that you plan to eat? Dinner is the hard part for me...Its kind of spur of the moment for me...if my mom makes something good and healthy I'll eat that if I don't like it I'll make something for myself. This is today's plan:

B: Matrix Cookies and Cream Protein Shake with Skim Plus
S: Yogurt or pudding
L: Chili
S: Cheese wedge or cheese stick
D: TBA
S: Fudgecicle -sugar free

We usually put what we are eating for the day. It can be tough but forces us to plan ahead and stick to our plan.

B: taco meat with salsa and cheese
S: none
L: Drug Rep day, so will order something sensible from the place of thier choice (TBA)
S: Mozzarella String Cheese
D: Omelette with salsa and cheese
S: None... just coffee

I really REALLY need to grocery shop, but between work and the gym and trying to have somewhat of a social life, I don't know when to fit it in!

B: Hot Chocolate Max Protein (yum!)
S: Cabot cheddar
L: ahi tuna, green beans
S: half an apple, half a Rockin' Roll bar
S: half an apple, half a Rockin' Roll bar (post work-out)
D: chopped antipasto
S: ricotta with extract & splenda

I may treat myself to a nonfat latte at some point too.
