Sticking to the Basics - FRIDAY!!!
Ok, quick question...is this tracking what we ate the day prior or what we ate today? I notice people have things filled in for lunch and dinner but I'm still working on breakfast. Are these items that you plan to eat? Dinner is the hard part for me...Its kind of spur of the moment for me...if my mom makes something good and healthy I'll eat that if I don't like it I'll make something for myself. This is today's plan:

I really REALLY need to grocery shop, but between work and the gym and trying to have somewhat of a social life, I don't know when to fit it in!

I may treat myself to a nonfat latte at some point too.
