LOL I gamble too every year :) Hence why I was sick last week. the dr didn't think it was flu...my ED docs and what not think it was. Either way, I didn't get swabbed to prove or disprove it, LOL

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 
I have a technology meeting this morning, a lunch date at 12, and then going to school to work on the technology issues in the building. Seriously, I don't know what I am going becuase I am not a 'techie' in any sense of the word.
Tonight I am going out to Lancaster, meeting Nicole, Heather and Jason for dinner and then going to LGH support group. I am really excited for that. Hope the work day goes by quickly!

Good man that Chris is! I guess they must have been on the same wave length cause Brian worked his ass off with me yesterday and kept coming up to me asking "what else do you need done?" Awesomeness!
Anyway - once hubby wakes up we are going to the lab for lab work for HIM for a change of pace. The man actually made a doctors appointment for yesterday and went for a physical "just because I should have a primary doctor" I was very proud of him. Nothing major....basic labs including a cholesterol panel. I must say - I'm a little nervous about his cholesterol due to his eating habits - but we shall see.
After that it will be home chilling, playing on here and FB no doubt, maybe some BSG and then a nap before work tonight. Last night before 4 off in a row WITHOUT using sick time, LOL
We are preparing to watch a friends 2 year old Saturday and possibly Fri evening. My house is NOT child proof so we're doing the best we can, LOL. Wish us luck! Part of the reason the house was cleaned so thouroughly yesterday.

I am at wor****il 4:30. then home to spend the evening with my kiddos. They are so happy I don't have class tonight. Sawyer told me yesterday that all I do is work and go to school.
And that he misses me! Ugh, kids will pull at your heart strings sometimes.
It's left over night so no cooking for me. Just chilling and relaxing with all my little & big rug rats! Yay!

Im awake. I promise. Im walking around with sinus infection and bronchitis. I knew i had a sinus problem but didnt realize the bronchitis. Im suppose to be taking it easy!! LOL Im leaving for work in a few. I work till 430 but somehow I can see me staying longer for some reason. I do believe today im taking lunch OUT of the office. I need a break and cant wait for the weekend.
Kam comes home from his dads today! YEA! I miss that kid so much sometimes!! Lola has been a pill but amusing for the most part!! Today has me going grocery shopping and getting some things to send to hubby in Florida! Im looking forward to moving but im not looking forward to the expense. Are moving expenses a write off for your taxes when it's job related? Just wondering?

I'm not sure about the whole tax write off thing.
However - look into Hubby's job to see if they offer relocation assistance. LVH did when we moved. They covered x amount of costs. We got the moving van/people/etc for free and had some extra money that we could have used for boxes, tape, etc - but as luck would have it - my mom's company had just moved so she grabbed me 95% of the boxes we used to move, and the rest came from the supplies we get at the hospital. I didn't bother submitting receipts for tape and bubble wrap - more hassle than the money I ahd spent
Good luck - it's a PIA and is very expensive - but for you and hubby to be a family again with the kids - well worth it!

Happy sunny Thursday everyone!! It was supposed to be rainy so I am thrilled...now lets hope it stays this way. I woke up to sun this morning...and a 200 pound dog laying on my gut digging his elbow into my small intestines LOL...that was pleasant....once I got him to stop kissing my face. Threw a load of laundry in...watched dog **** literally STEAMING in the back yard....was it really that cold out there this morning?? Need to jump in the shower and then it is off to see my therapist....I spent the last 3 weeks crying in his office about turning 40 (not kidding!) so its funny how he suggested I come see him today....i guess he wants to make sure I actually survived and didn't spontaineously combust overnight 
After that, I have a mani/pedi appointment, then a cut and highlight...then its off to Lancaster to have dinner with Nic, Jason and Beth. Then, its off to my first support group at Dr. Braders new practice....cant usually go because its typically my late night at work. It will be nice to see Nic talk to the group.
