Lots of prayers coming his way, Ida - God bless him having surgery like that at 90! He's going to do great and feel so much better, I just know it! I'll be keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers as well.
Thank you. Dad has been in excellent health up till both his hips have gone south on him. Bone on Bone so to speak. His mind is still sharp as a tack so hopefully this will get him off the rocking chair and out with friends and traveling again.
Good thoughts and wishes heading his way! Nothing's ever "uncomplicated" at 90, but that's become such a routine procedure, which is pretty comforting. And the pain relief afterward is so immediate.

After his first hip surgery it was immediate relief of the pain. Last night with all the drugs don't know yet if the pain radiating down the leg is gone. Hopefully today will know more.
