Tuesday Excercise

Good Morning Everyone,
I did my regular hour on the Elliptical and then will be walking on my lunch and breaks.

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

morning Shilpa.. I'm going to the gym after work

cardio--recumb bike--the couch to 5K is supposed to be 3x per week so I will alternate days with the bike

strength-today is legs and abs

Hour on the elliptical this morning.

I have been off-and-on with exercise for the better part of two weeks.

Time to get back to the grind.

One hour of Zumba, one hour of Group Power (like Body Pump but apparently with a different trademark!).

Morning!
Going to the gym after work today to run about 3-4 miles on the treadmill and do some strength and core training after that.  Hope everyone has a fabulous day!

I'm gonna sound pathetic compared to you all!
I took my dogs for a walk around the neighborhood inbetween school and work. I'll try to do some stair stepper stuff when I get home, so hard not to pass out on the couch after work though.

guess what girlfriend.. you are just over a month out of surgery.  ANY moving you do is fantastic!!! Nobody expects you to run a marathon or even walk for any length of time at this point out.  

Oh and so you know... you did more than me today.  I DID NOT GO to the gym.. .. hanging head in shame..   I was just too tired and I knew I would not get an effective workout in.  SO THERE.. you did more than me today!!!!
