No more morning snacks - it makes me skip llunch, then I end up very hungry right before I leave work, which is not good!

B: Chocolate Max Protein (made into hot chocolate - yum!)
S: Half an apple, half a Rockin' roll bar
L: filet mignon and green beans
S: half an apple, Jarlsburg cheese
S: Half a Rockin' roll bar (post workout)
D: Grilled tuna, steamed broccoli
S: ricotta with extract

Gosh I'm slow...never did this before and I could not for the life of me figure of what those letters stood for and then it hit me. Duh.

B: Cookies and Cream Matrix Protein shake with Skim Milk Plus
S: Laughing Cow Lite Cheese wedge
L: Chicken Patty
S: Light & Fit Blueberry Yogurt
D: hrmm.. Not sure. Chili maybe?
S: Ice pop or protein pudding.

Hope I did that right. I suck at getting all those mini meals in.
