!!!!! GOAL !!!!!

Happy Halloween!  This has always my favorite day of the year.  Now it will be always extra special because today I reached my goal!  For the first time in my life I am a  "Normal aka Healthy" weight!  I did it 5 days short of my surgiversary!   My 1 year surgiversary is November 5th.  I have so much to celebrate!

I honestly think this would have been so much harder without this group.  Everyone has been so supportive.  It's nice to log in and find answers to your questions.  We are all in the same boat regardless of the way we chose to lose weight.

I was born fat.. 11lbs 14 oz.. and the weight journey begain.  It's so hard to believe that for the 1st day of my 47 years I am not over weight!

I chose the high end of healthy for my goal (150lbs).  The low end of the healthy range is 119.  I doubt I'll ever get there but that's ok!  I will continue to work my tool and see were my journey goes!
