All I can say is thank you to all of you--You are all wonderful and amazingly kind and supportive.  I cried as I read the outpouring of support and concern after I posted an update of what has been going on with me lately....

I am still struggling but I know with time things will get better...I also know that it is time to put some focus back on me and my health...I need to start getting my protein and fluids back in and excersising...my face is looking a little gaunt right now and I don't want to get sick....so I am making it a priority to do some food shopping and get some healthy foods in me ....even though I have had no appetite for weeks now...I can not continue on this path...so I am taking your advice and getting back on track to stay healthy.  I know that will help me through these times.

Support is so vital and just hearing from you all has made me feel worlds better...I have been hiding a world of pain for so long from so many people..it has made the situation harder but I know I can get through it.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!  You have lifted me up more than words will ever be able to express....I appreciate it all!!! Continue to keep me in your thoughts and prayers and I will keep you all in mine...

Hey Laura!  Sorry to hear you are going through all of this...I had no idea.  I am a bit behind in all my OH reading.  If you need anything, please let any of us know!!  If you are still living in the area and you want to get together to talk or walk....or if you need someone to go along and  help you fill up that grocery cart with good healthy foods, let me know :)

I am late in replying -- I'm sorry to hear all of what you're going through, but as the others have said, we are here for you!  I also encouarge you to come to support -- Liz's house or Barix would both have lots of friends and support for you.
