Super Saturday Roll Call

Shouldn't it be "spooktacular saturday roll call"
Or "scary saturday roll call"? LOL
Well around 9ish last night I started feeling better. Better enough to start cleaning the house, open all the windows and doors, take a shower, and start changing sheets and other things to disinfect this festering house I created. I was BEAT by the end of my whole hour of working on it...but still.
I slept well last night (first time since Wednesday) and woke up with just a few reminents of my illness. My sinus' are much improved, I am not wheezing nor hacking. I do have a minimally sore throat...but other than that...I feel pretty darn good. I've been up for almost 30 minutes and haven't needed a tissue, LOL
In a few mins I'm running to the store. First, I need to restock some Halloween candy. I got the bowl down last night and a good majority of it was missing. *Hint* I didn't eat it...and I'm fairly certain the cats didn't eat it. Either we have a ghost, or a chocolate craving husband in the house. I'm betting on the latter.
Then it will be home to finish packing up some food for the Lisa/Hailey/Russ Schnibb donation for hubby to bring to LIz's house.
The rest of the day will be spent answering the doors for all the ghosts and goblins, continuing to clean the house, and potentially making a soup my mom sent me yesterday.

After that probably a nap before the trick or treaters start coming at 6. Oh and I supposed I should make dinner and do some laundry in there somewhere for good measure.

Happy Halloween. I finally got a decent night's sleep after weeks of not doing so. Utley was so tired after camp yesterday, he zonked out for the night and never really woke up.
Today has me heading to get my driver's license photo taken. It expires on Monday. Then, I am heading to my therapy appointment. After that, it is home to clean and mark papers. Then, I am watching the Penn State game and the Phillies.

I have a job interview next Friday...... in Durham, NC! I can't believe it. I love Durham/Raleigh. The strange thing is, normally it's been hubby who has gone to interviews out of state and if hired, I would follow. This is a switch!
I need bucks to buy a nice business suit. I hope som comes in soon!
Today is relaxing. I worked hard yesterday and now I am going to chill. Knitting club, here I come!

Try thrift stores... and if you can, get to the Nova thrift store near Peace Valley Park (just outside Doylestown). They've got a ton of really nice business suits (skirts and slacks) CHEAP.
You'll be shocked what you can find!

Good morning Jodi and all of PA - I am up and ready to tackle my Saturday errands list whi*****ludes going to the market, ordering bagels for a brunch I am having tomorrow, buying pantyhose and shoes that actually fit, uying Josh some uniform's for school, getting Emily to her dance class in her beautiful dance costume for pictures and getting hold of Verizon to see why my phone has soooo much static. Oh - and at somepoint, I plan on taking a nap - so in the off chance the Phillies get the game in, I will be able to actually keep my eyes open and watch it!
Oh wait - even though I am trying to avoid it, it is Halloween right?!?1 Iguess there will be trick-or-treating for my children this evening. UGH! I am so dreading it this year - it used to be such a time for me to look forward to - not this year! Between missing my mom and missing my old friend, SUGAR, I seem to be in a funk - and I am guessing that is why! Sounds crazy!
So - that is my crazy exciting day - I hope you all have a nice Saturday - and to all of you going to Liz's you are doing such a wonderful thing for a wonderful family! In Judaism we call it doing a Mitzvah - and it is one of the highest forms of love you can do! Have fun and know good deeds come back to you in due time! :)
