Thanks for all those who have commented on FB and sent me messages making sure I was ok.

I was fine on Tuesday morning in jersey at my parents house.  Went to bed after work, woke up 8pm Tuesday night with a little "sniffles" type thing.  By the time I left work 8am Wed morning, I felt as though I had been hit by a mac truck.

Spent most of yesterday doing a few must have errands such as my car inspection etc.  And then the rest of the day either in bed or on the couch.

Woke up today worse than yesterday so I went to the Drs.  Got diagnosed w/ an upper respiratory infection, double ear infection, "real bad" sinus infection, bilateral swollen glands, and a red throat which could be strep but they didn't culture it because I was going on antibiotics anyway....and I think that was about it.

Told to stay home from work Fri/Sat (was supposed to be off tonight anyway), and do the rest tylenol fluids thing.  They also suggested motrin due to all the inflammation I have.  I am going on the motrin and adding pepcid to protect my cute little pouch.

Except for getting to the doctors and my scripts filled I've been on the couch all day and plan to stay here.  Up until just now I didn't even have the "umph" to go get my lap top out of the other room.  The iphone works great for facebook but not so hot on here....hence why I haven't been around.

I plan on catching up on a lot of the posts now :)

I was wondering about you woman!

You make sure you take good care of yourself.   rest up, and make sure you're getting those fluids in.

If you need anything, Norm and I are only a phone call away!!!

Love ya!

Awww...I appreciate it.  Thanks!!!  It might not be me calling you - but Brian - he's probably tired of me whining to him, LOL

Feel better Pam!

I've got to tell you, ear infections HURT! I had double infections a few years back, when I was working in schools. It made me forever sympathetic to children who get them over and over again!

Rest and recover!

Yes they do!!  I was alright with the pain in my ear today...up until about 4 hours ago.  I felt like there was an ice pick sticking into my right ear.  The meds are working, though :)
