Thrilling Thursday Roll Call
Im off to work. Both kids got up pretty easily this morning. Considering my oldest decided that he was going to stay up no matter what the cost. Because of his stuborness he will not be trick or treating with his little sis tonight. I feel bad but I think sometimes he just needs that little moment to realize he is not as in charge as he may think!!
Tonight its dinner at my parents, Kam will hand out candy with me and my parents will be taking lola with them trick or treating, home afterwards and then bed, Im totally exhausted.

Good morning Trish and all the rest of the PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES PHANS!!!!!!!!!!!! We totally ROCKED the Bronx last night - I am sooooo hoping we can do it again tonight!
It was AWESOME to be in New York yesterday - my sister-in-law and I were teasing and playing with the Yankees fans all day and only one of them was a complete idiot - the rest were having fun teasing us for being Phillies fans - as a matter of fact at the restaurant at lunch, one of the waiters overheard me showing off, loudly I might add, my Phillies nails, and he came over and said, "well, I don't know if you are having dessert, but for you, pointing to me, there is none!" It was great!!!!!! What a fun day and a wonderful show - Memphis at the Shubert Theatre! Everyone was telling me how much like my mom I am - I was on a bus trip with MANY of my mom's friends - I love when I hear that - it just makes me smile - and since I have been missing her soooo much recently, it certainly felt good to know that I am just like she was!
So today I am back to school, Molly is home with a fever...and so it begins.....Running home after school to check on her - Larry is home with her. Then this evening we have a retirement dinner for the Vice Principal in my school who is done on Friday. Then home to watch GAME TWO!!!!!! It is times like these that I am very PROUD to be from Philadelphia! We don't have enough of these city Moral Boosters - so it is pretty good to be surrounded by happy people! :)
I am looking forward to the weather becoming drier for atleast the next few days. I hope you all have a wonderful Thursday! :)

Good morning Trish and the rest of the Philly Phanatics out there!! I wish I could say I stayed up to watch the game but alas my eyeballs just wouldn't let me. Hubby didn't make it either altho he did keep getting up and checking the score so he could finally sleep well knowing they won.
Tri****s hard to keep everything straight when you're dealing with other problems, but please remember your health is your number ONE priority - maybe just logging your food in a journal or on line somewhere will help keep you a little more on track?
I'm at work all day - one of my co-workers and I might run out to the new Wegman's off 422 at lunch today, depending on the weather. Tonight I'm taking mom to get her hair done and I'll get my nails done.
Met with her oncologist yesterday and she is opting for more treatments, so now we have to go thru the process of having a port put in, but first the consultation with that doctor on Tuesday, then they'll schedule the procedure - once she's healed she'll start the treatments again. I know she's scared, but I know she's fighting for her life right now so I told her to have the treatments and if something happens along the way we'll deal with it.
And that's about it for my day - hope the sun comes out and Phils win Game #2!!
