Nicole: We moved here from Colorado a year ago, both of our families live there, so no we are loners.

Oh my gosh, you guys do need prayers!! Its hard enough taking care of yourself when you're feeling bad, but sick little ones and a hubby too?! I'm so sorry you don't have family closer to help out, but please feel better soon - just try to rest and get plenty of fluids in - Pedialite for the whole family!!

Day Two - Update!

We all are feeling better today.  My daughters fever is down from 105 to 100.5

My son, GOD LOVE HIM!!!  He is two and indestructible!!  he slept all night and got up in a great mood.

My husband - still hurting (but he is a man!)

Me - OK, I am in mom mode, trying to remember to take time to heal me as well.  I was out late getting chicken soup and Tylenol and cough drop and Vick's.......  all the necessities.

13 days and counting!!!

Glad day two is getting better!

Try to keep in mind that "swine" flu is a strain of "flu a" which is what a lot of people get every year anyway.  It mutates every year (hence why they suggest vaccines every year and even WITH vaccines you can stil get the flu because virus' change and mutate....)

It will get better each day.  Unfortunately, each day feels like an eternity when not only you but your whole family feels like crap!

Oh you poor dear woman. My thoughts and prayers are headed out for you and your family. Please take care of yourself too, I know what it is like to be in mommy mode and taking care of everyone else. Sounds like things are already starting to improve just remember it will take time.

Wow - you've got a lot going on!  My 2 boys were just sick (since Sat) so I feel your pain.  Hang in there and get well before your big day!
