Here's my plan

B: 1/2 bagel with margarine
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to pick something up - probably soup
S: cheddar cheese and apple slices
D: leftover pot roast
S: I'm making chocolate pudding tonight... really...

Good morning! 

Pre-op

B:  8 oz water with 1 TBS protein powder / 1 medium pear
S:  2 oz cheddar cheese
L:  chicken noodle soup
S:  rice cake with almond butter
D:  ham steak and spinach
S:  apple crisp mixed into plain greek yogurt or ice cream

My protein powder didn't come with a scoop, so I've been using a Tablespoon measure - but somehow I think the scoop is probably bigger - anyone know how many TBS in a scoop?

Is Late Better than never . . .   not such a good day and I have nachos for the game !!!!  Yes Liz, THAT game.

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee
L: shrimp ****tail
S: last of stuffed cabbage caserole
D: diner night - french onion soup & 1/2 portbella stuffed with crabmeat appetizer
S: a few nachos with chicken chili, cheese, olives, red onion, salsa, & greek yogurt for the sour cream.
