Good morning!
Pre-op
B: 8 oz water with 1 TBS protein powder / 1 medium pear
S: 2 oz cheddar cheese
L: chicken noodle soup
S: rice cake with almond butter
D: ham steak and spinach
S: apple crisp mixed into plain greek yogurt or ice cream
My protein powder didn't come with a scoop, so I've been using a Tablespoon measure - but somehow I think the scoop is probably bigger - anyone know how many TBS in a scoop?
