Couch to 5-K Running program
Am I exercising already!???? ha ha ha ha ha ha!
I can barely stay awake to get through the day! Which is why I wanted to do it. But I also need to be realistic about my schedule and responsibilities and health.
So, I am making a promise to myself, that once this next 5-6 weeks is over, I am going to jiggle myself into shape. Maybe not a pretty shape, but some sort of lumpy shape!

C25K is awesome. I started it last year after Thanksgiving ... one year and several races later I'm getting ready to do my first full marathon November 22nd in Philly. (did 3 Half Marathons already)
I could have never got the courage to start running had it not been for the easy method used in the C25K program. I used the Robert Ullurey podcasts.
Check out http://c25k.com/ for other podcasts that help you know when to switch from walking and running so you don't have to look at a watch.
There are a few right in iTunes as well for free.
