Good Morning.

Here's the rough plan
B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to pick something up
S: cheddar cheese and apple slices
D: not sure - Chris will be home tonight and I forgot to take something out...
S: chocolate pudding if I make it, if not some sugar free apple crisp or cheerios with soy milk.

Still feeling like crap, so not sure how much I'll get in, but this is what I plan...

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries and banana
S:  Activia yogurt
L:  Meatball wrap (turkey meatballs, SF spaghetti sauce, FF american cheese, flatout wrap)
S:  Grapes and babybel
D:  Grilled turkey breast with sauteed squash

S:  1/2 banana, ricotta cheese (sweetened with vanilla, splenda and cinnamon)
L:  1/2 ham/cheese sandwich; salad
S:  1/2 banana, peanut butter
D:  2 oz london broil, green beans, 1/4 c. noodles
S:  small piece of ice cream cake to celebrate my baby's 16th b-day.  Good grief, I'm getting old.

I'm supposed to be posting here, right.. dang.. can't get it together.  I kind of stuck to my plan yesterday.. it's hard.. I have a really hard time at night. AND, I'm having a hard time going without my protein bars and shakes, but surgeon does not like them so I'm trying to see if it makes a difference if I don't use them. 

B: morning star burger with 1 slice turkey bacon and 1 slice American cheese
S: ??
L: parmesan crusted tilapia w/ grilled asparagus
S: ricotta w/ sf pudding
D: veggie chili
S: ???

S: Nectar Fuzzy Navel with lemonade
L: Going out for Chinese: chicken & broccoli steamed, maybe some hot & sour soup
S: Small apple & Jarlsberg cheese
D: Chicken, zucchini with tomatoes
S: Greek yogurt with berries

Pre-op.  Hurled up everything from lunch on yesterday.  We'll see how day 2 goes.

B:  Protein powder in water and small apple
S:  pear and cheddar cheese
L:  chicken noodle soup
S:  rice cake with almond butter
D:  ham, spinach, maybe a little potato
S:  apple crisp, protein powder
