Sticking to the Basics - Tues
Good Morning.
Here's the rough plan
B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to pick something up
S: cheddar cheese and apple slices
D: not sure - Chris will be home tonight and I forgot to take something out...
S: chocolate pudding if I make it, if not some sugar free apple crisp or cheerios with soy milk.

S: small piece of ice cream cake to celebrate my baby's 16th b-day. Good grief, I'm getting old.

I'm supposed to be posting here, right.. dang.. can't get it together. I kind of stuck to my plan yesterday.. it's hard.. I have a really hard time at night. AND, I'm having a hard time going without my protein bars and shakes, but surgeon does not like them so I'm trying to see if it makes a difference if I don't use them.
