I guess I will hit the gym early tonight since my karate school closed down.....on the hunt for a new one.
Probably will do upper body and cardio. I have to make sure to go early...have to be out of the house by 4;30 AM tomorrow ....which means I have to be up by 3:30 AM....boooo!
Last night I went back to Curves for the first time in almost a month (shame on me) but had a good work-out and felt great afterward. Tonight is bike night - 60 minutes (at least 13 miles) with handweights.

I did my Elliptical for an hour this morning but feel like death wormed over so I will be eating a lot of soup and crackers today. Hope everybody has a good day and WORKOUT!!
