Sticking to the basics - monday
Good morning (what's left of it)! Here's today's plan:
B: Chocolate Max Protein, 1/2 c milk
S: cheddar & half an apple
L: "calzone" (my own creation using ricotta, mozzarella and a low-carb tortilla), marinara for dipping
S: Half a Rockin' Roll bar
S: Nectar Fuzzy Navel with 4C lemonade
D: Chicken breast, small salad
S: Greek yogurt with DaVinci syrup
