Phone list

In my few days of recovery, I have found myself having cravings, wanting to eat "bad" things, and sometimes giving in.  I have a list of people to call when I want to drink, but no list of people to call when I want to EAT.  If anyone is willing to give me their phone number to use in case of such an emergency (LOL) please PM it to me.  I have to warn you though that most of my cravings happen while I'm preparing dinner (around 6:00 p.m.) and before bed (10:00 p.m.) so those would be the times I would most likely reach out to someone.

I like this idea I will pm you my cell number but I go to bed at 8pm.  I am an early bird 3 am.  I could also use some help.  My bad times are 4pm to 8pm!LOL
