Wednesday Excercise

Good Morning PA!
I did an hour on the Elliptical this morning and the scale is moving again so I am VERY happy what is everyone else doing to move today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

morning Shilpa.. glad your scale is moving again.  I'm working on getting my scale going, too.. I just spent 2 days in the kitchen doing some cooking so I can stock my freezer with good stuff..

That's not what this post is about, though..

Today, I will run to the gym right after work and get in at least my strength training.. back,biceps, abs. 
If I have enough time, I will also do cardio.

I'm taking another day off from the gym today... I'm getting sick and don't want to stress the body and immune system (and don't want to spread germs, either).  But I will do some nice stretching tonight so the body doesn't seize up like the Tin Man.  Haha.

Good Morning,

I am taking a rest day myself. Yesterday I started running (ok, jogging at a slow pace) but anyway, my left hip is hurting so bad today I can hardly walk. I was up and ready for Zumba and then I thought I should take it easy and give my hip a break. Plus, I have been working on four hours of sleep daily and I remember the NUT told my sleep is an important as exercise so off went my workout clothes and back into bed I went. Will head back to the gym tomorrow.

Morning Shilpa - I'll be riding my recumbant bike tonight for an hour and incorporating hand weights into more songs as I go along - my goal is to use them with every other song - curls, bends, thrusts (or whatever you would call them!) - all I know is it is helping get my heart rate up and getting that scale moving again!!

After that hopefully I'll be expending more energy rooting on the Fightin' Phils!!

I did not work out at all today.

I was lazy and I slept in like a bloated toad in the sun.

I'll be back on the elliptical tomorrow though.

I finally found time to get on the treadmill this afternoon.

I did 45 min fatburner, at 3.0mph, hillgrade of 5 for 45 min, for a total of 2.1 miles walked
