Good Morning all! So the Dr I saw yesterday refined my diet even more. Basically I am matching carb for protein.

B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese and a few crackers
L: I have to pick something up, probably soup
S: hot chocolate
D: turkey soup
S: chocolate pudding

S: DD Coffee/Milk/Splenda
L: tuna salad lettuce wrap
S: dried edamame
D: diner night, not sure hope they have that tilapia special
S: depends on how Phillies are doing --- may need a glass of wine to calm my nerves :-)

Good morning!

B: Chocolate Max Protein
S: cheddar, half an apple
L: meatballs, green beans
S: other half of apple, cheddar
D: Not sure yet
S: Ricotta protein ice cream

I brought some extra protein powder to work with me in case I get to feeling snacky.  I figure a protein shake is much better than the pretzels, popcorn, and chips found around the office. Still trying to avoid the carb monster!!!

L:  Meatballs with SF spag. sauce and cheese
S:  Yogurt
D:  Shrimp ****tail (had chicken instead last night) and cocopops
S:  SF pudding?
