***Wonderful Wednesday Roll Call***
Well it's supposed to be a gorgeous day out...I think I heard high of like 65 or so? Nice!
Today is my night off...always a good thing!
On the way home I'm stopping at the auto store and picking up supplies for hubby to change the oil in my car.
Then I will hopefully take a nap from around 9ish till probalby about 1ish or so. That's a bit "long" for my nap....but I have plans to be out and about and not to be drooling on myself by 8pm, so I should be ok with it.
After waking up hubby and I will probably have an early dinner and then head to the barix meeting where hopefully I'll get to see all you wonderful people.
Contemplating taking hubby to see "paranormal activity" before or after the meeting. Before would be better...but not sure if timing would work out or not. We'll have to see. And I only say before would be better to give me a chance in hell of sleeping with the lights turned off tonight, ha! Such a scaredy cat am I!

I am at work early today and here until 4 or so. After that I want to stop at Kohl's to do a bit of Christmas shopping - desperately trying to spread it out this year. I also need to pick up a birthday present for Chris in the next few days.

Normal work day for me. Getting a massage after work (nice!) - it's one of the promises I made to myself when I had surgery, that I would get a massage once a month.
Biggest news - I stepped on the scale today and was under 200#!!!! First time in years....
And yesterday I had to plan clothes for 3 days of work meetings coming up Thurs/Fri/Sat. Once again, my standard black dress pants were too big....so I am now a size 14!!! It has literally been over 20 years since I wore a 14!!!
So that's a good start to the day. Feeling encouraged about it all.
Can't make the Barix meeting tonight because of the prep for work I need to do, but will be at the Saturday meeting in November.

And good for you on getting the massage - I used to do that once a month when I was working in my corporate job and it was truly a major bit of health and sanity maintenance. It's important to treat yourself well - great that you're doing it!

All I can say for today is HOMEWORK
I have a huge paper due on Friday by midnight, however, my Bible Prof wants me to do more work on the paper that was due Monday at Midnight. If he'd have said that I needed to include the preceeding 12 chapters in Genesis I'd have done that but no he waits till I submit the paper then writes back that I need to include them
How this paper is going to be complete and conscise by Friday midnight is beyond me
That's it for my exciting day, another day spent at the computer doing nothing but research and writing in the hopes I can get this done today to have the go ahead by tonight to start writing the final paper. And tomorrow I have class from 5-10 so that is 5 hours I'll be loosing of writing & research time.....
