Tuesday Exercise

Good morning folks...

I did an hour on the elliptical this morning with some new ankle weights, just to try something a litle different. I'm done for the day.

I need to figure out a way to do pull ups at the work gym. They're a big part of the P90X regimen I'm hoping to start soon.

Who else is getting sweaty?

I'll be soaking a t-shirt and leggings tonight on my bike - incorporating handweights into more songs as I go along (I'm on a full 60 minutes ++ now) to really get my heart rate going - gotta love those fast songs with a good beat!

Good Morning Norm!
After taking 4 full days off I did an Intense hour on my Elliptical this morning and the scale is moving again. SO suffice to say I am doing my happy dance!!

today I will head back to the gym.. 30 or so mins of cardio--probably on the recumb.

strength training today is triceps, chest, and abs

I did some moving and grooving on my treadmill this morning.  Feeling wonderful after the brisk workout.

Good Morning,

I am going to attempt to get in a walk today. With all my homework I've not gone out for a walk since last week prior to the rain.

I'm having a lot of trouble getting the homework done and then arranging time in there for ME.

I have no idea what's going to happen when I actually go back to work.

I have to go back to the drawing board and make the time for exercise....

I ran 3 miles with the police cadets this morning. It was a great run! Mind you these young people are way younger than me and I'm keeping up with most of them. Yea!
