Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday
I ended up going off what I thought I would eat. Here's what I had:
B: Ricotta cheese and banana
S: 1/2 banana
L: Mini Stromboli from work
S: Home made french onion soup w/ string cheese
D: Left over chicken and cheese quesadilla w/ veggies
And here's the game plan for tonight:
B: "Egg cup"
S: Greek yogurt w/ berries
L: Lasagna
S: Edamame
D: ?? Will be coming home and having the day off so not even sure when I'll eat or what.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 

Morning! Back and work and hopefully back on track. I was woefully under goal yesterday on protein, carbs, and cals (never got to eat the dinner I planned, so subbed a protein bar but it wasn't enough), but planned today a lot better.
