S: mozz stick
L: roast beef and provolone roll ups on the way to the Dr
S: noting - at Dr
D: I didn't take anything out so scrambled eggs maybe
S: chocolate pudding

Late night, was at the Phillies game last night!!!!  Go Phils

B: Inspire Protein Drink
S: DD Coffee/Milk/splenda
L: tuna salad on tomato
S: dried edamame
D: crockpot pork roast/veggies
S: tea with ff 1/2&1/2

I ended up going off what I thought I would eat.  Here's what I had:

B:  Ricotta cheese and banana
S:  1/2 banana
L:  Mini Stromboli from work
S:  Home made french onion soup w/ string cheese
D:  Left over chicken and cheese quesadilla w/ veggies

And here's the game plan for tonight:

B:  "Egg cup"
S:  Greek yogurt w/ berries
L:  Lasagna
S:  Edamame
D:  ??  Will be coming home and having the day off so not even sure when I'll eat or what.
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Morning!  Back and work and hopefully back on track.  I was woefully under goal yesterday on protein, carbs, and cals (never got to eat the dinner I planned, so subbed a protein bar but it wasn't enough), but planned today a lot better.

B:  Matrix shake with strawberries and bananas
S:  Grapes and Babybel
L:  Coq au vin
S:  Activia yogurt
D:  Shrimp ****tail and field greens with shaved parmesan

Good Morning....

I'm continuing the full liquid portion of my eating plan again today. My pouch is much improved from the other night but still not ready to explore more solid food....

M1:  scrambled egg with turkey patty sausage
M2:  not needed
M3:  spinach saiad with olives, chicken and red onion slivers - got stuck
M4:  milk
M5:  protein shake

will try solid food again tomorrow
