Good morning Lisa and everyone! Laureen and Jojo - I love your new avis! They are beautiful!
And....what is with the Eagles Bashing?!?! What I think happened is that they were so disctracted by the upcoming Phillies game that they just couldn't perform. I am going with that and it will make me feel much better about yesterday! :)
And how about those phillies?!?! What fun it was to watch last night. Cliff Lee was brilliant and it was a joy to watch him pitch and just go about his business as the professional that he is. OK - enough of my sports commentary!
I am about to head to a meeting this morning then teach until 3:15, we have a family therapy session this afternoon and then dinner, and finally dance class for Molly. Then home for another late night and hopefully another win for the Phils!

Morning! The cars in the parking lot at work and the grass at my house had a "pretty" white crystal tinge to them...welcome frost! (actually, we've had a few frosty days thus far)
On the way home I ran some errands but forgot to pick up more bottled water which I am out of - so I'll have to pick up at least a few bottles on the way to work so I have something to drink.
I also put on a load of laundry - am trying to do one a day or so that way I don't have one day of load after load. We'll see how it works out.
I packed my food for tonight, made myself dinner (left overs so really I just put a plate in the microwave, ha ha)
After I'm done checking in here it will hopefully be bed. First hubby needs to get OUT of the bed...
I'm kind of used to having it to myself during the day, LOL
Back to work tonight
(bad Crystal...lol). Guess I will get up now and prepare for work to get some much needed OT. I have my appointment for an endoscopy tomorrow. 
Today is Apple Orchard day for the kids, I really wish I could go.
Had a wonderful weekend, I told my mom and sister about the surgery and got the responses I expected, oh well.
I started drinking a protein shake in the morning just so I could get used to it, I packed breakfast but I am so full I did not eat it, WOW!!
Tonight: Monday night football - GO BRONCOS 5/0!!!!!!!
I'm at work. Not unusual, except I've been temping at Wyeth, and Pfizer bought them last week. We're going day to day, waiting to see what happens to our project and ultimately to our jobs. I'll just keep showing up till they tell me not to! lol
Have to do some laundry tonight and also get out for a walk. I did lousy with my water and protein this weekend, so I'm working on those goals today.

Woke up to a large herd of deer (mostly babies) playing in the backyard this morning. There were 2 moms and at least 10 babies, and they were jumping and running through our brush pile. VERY cute. Headed out to the gym and had a nice cardio workout.
Have a few hopefully quick errands to do this morning and then will be heading in to the lab at school for some intensive jewelry work this afternoon, then class this evening. Can't wait!
Looking forward to the next 2 days, with temps in the high 60s and low 70s... I'm so sick of being COLD all the time! Yikes!
