Monday already??? roll call

Monday Monday.. it's 6:30 and I'm really the first one here?

I've been up working since 5:15.  I also did 3 hours of OT last night.  $$$$$$

working until about 3:30 today. Then, will hit the gym.  At some point, I need to write up the agenda for my sisterhood meeting tonight.

Tonight I have a Sisterhood meeting at Wegman's.

Good Morning - I am running late today! Didn't get to work unil about 6:45 - oops lol Working until 4 then off to my therapists appt at 5 then home to crash!

Good morning and happy Monday all,

I am so happy it is not going to rain today!!!

I am sitting here thinking about taking a shower and going to work, oh why can't I just win one little lottery.  I don't think I am asking for too much...lol

Monday morning finds me in a good mood and happy that the weight stall has passed (for now), I added a protein shake and have been getting in about 85g protein/day including a Jay Robb Egg White Vanilla shake that I doctor up with fruit and extract.  It is actually delicious and I look forward to the shake.  (never thought those words would come from my mouth)

I got on the scale this morning and I figured out that I am averaging a half pound a day weight loss.  I think that is terrific and hope it that pace lasts for a while.

I am planning on going to the gym at lunch and getting on the treadmill.

Happy Monday, not!

Let's see my Jets stink and I'm sooo unhappy about that game yesterday, but oh well. . .

At least we can look forward to it warming up over the next couple of days. . .

I have to get to work and after go to an AA meeting where a bunch of us are heading over to the bowling lanes to start playing on a league for the next 13 weeks, that should be loads of fun!

Thanks, I still can't see it, even when I clean my cookies, it takes my work computers a few days to update.....I hope it's not distorted like the last one ended up........LOL

Thanks Jo, I belonged on a league in my 20s and it was sooo much fun, I am sure this will be too, because certainly I am not a top notch bowler, it is for the fun I am going!
