Sticking to the basics - monday

had to make a plan today. I am still craving carbs like CRAZY and fighting them off best I can. I hope my meds for Seasonal Affective Disorder kick in soon and take those carb cravings away!

Here's my plan / what I've eaten so far:

B:  Chocolate Max Protein, half a pack of PB crackers
S:  1 string cheese, the other half a pack of PB crackers
L:  Filet mignon, small salad
S:  apple and Jarlsberg cheese
D:  salmon and spinach
S:  ricotta with splenda and cinnamon

Exercise will be Zumba!
