After last nights episode with the foamies and throwing up, today I will be having gentle liquids. The pouch was not happy with water earlier so hopefully tea will help it feel better.

Will probably just do all full liquids today, tea, maybe some cream soup, go back to the full liquid stage for a day till my pouch starts feeling normal again.
