These ingredients make 1 svg., pairs very nicely with Morning Star Sausage Patty

1/8 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese

1/8 Cup Muscle Milk'n Oats Instant Oatmeal

1/4 Cup Egg Beaters

1/2 Tbsp. S/F Jam (I use Smuckers)

1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla Syrup (I use DaVinci)

1/2 Tbsp. S/F Pancake Syrup (I use Cary)

Blend all ingredients with an Immersion Stick Type Blender until a smooth Batter Forms.

I have on hand 3 of the 4 flavors that Muscle Milk 'n Oats comes in (Apple Cinnamon, Banana Walnut, Maple & Brown Sugar)  Each Oatmeal Cup makes 6 servings.  Let me know if you would like me to bring any to the Barix Meeting.

Pre-Heat a omelet pan that has been treated with Canola Spray Oil

Pour entire recipe into pan and cook as you would a real pancake, you can also make silver dollars if you like.

Do not make additional batter for later use, it will lose its flavor if not cooked and eaten immediately.

Nutritional Info:

2% Cottage Cheese Version: 93 Cal., 2 Fat, 8 Carbs, 13 Protein (makes a fluffier pancake than ricotta)

F/F Ricotta Version: 101 Cal., 0.8 Fat, 10.3 Carbs, 12.8 Protein

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
