Sticking to the Basics - FRIDAY!
Good Morning ALl - seeing the Dr about my nausea today so hopefully Monday' menu is better!
B: 1/2 bagel with butter
L: I'll get some soup from somewhere
S: cheddar cheese with a few crackers
D: not sure... whatever sounds good when I get home tonight
S: chocolate pudding if I can stay awake that long! lol

Here is my plan:
M1: WC oatmeal
M2: (2) turkey and cheese roll ups
M3: yoplait yoplus with fiber one
M4: (if needed) maybe a protein smoothie since I have a day off and will be able to make one
M5: super yummy meatloaf and green beans
M6: probably nothing
Unless I get my crockpot out and make something yummy - but I am not really feeling it.

S 1/2 ff cottage cheese and 1 tbl sf marmalade
D not sure -- cause the power is out....if no power to cook, more cottage cheese and maybe some celery
S 1% milk
Yesterday was good... stayed on track.

D: will be watching Phillies over dinner ---- shrimp/veggies
S: tea with truvia/ff 1/2&1/2
