One hour of elliptical thins morning, then going to crank out the weights for the last time this week.

I plan to put in some time on the treadmill today.  Have to pick up batteries for it though.  When I got on it yesterday, I discovered the batteries had died, so I couldn't see how far I had walked.

I called dout sick today because I'm "sick" .... well... a little....

...but I'm going to try to run today because the 10K is SUNDAY and im FREAKING OUT!!!!

I am determined to get to the gym today for cardio and leg work.  Fridays are hard for me to do, but I have to because I know I won't get there tomorrow.  I will also get there Sunday.
