My plastic surgeon made headlines!

I went to see my ps today for a 2 month follow up. All is healing nicely and he said I am clear in 3 months to go back to the gym ful swing and resume all normal activities .   
On another note. Apparently he has been very busy the past month. In addition to the links below, he was presented with a medal from General Petraeus. You would think he would be a little conceited about the whole thing, but one of the reasons I think the world of him is that he is the complete opposite.....

He is very down to earth isnt he!  I think I missed the whole Chopper visit by a couple days my last visit.  Thanks for sharing the articles...do you know what date the show is airing?

Hi Heather,
Yes he is so humble about everything.  The episode is airing on Thanksgiving day on the learning channel.  The day he did the surgery he also met General Patreaus and was presented with a medal for outstanding service.  He was so proud when he was showing me the pictures.  I absolutely adore Dr Herman.  When did you have your surgery?

I had my surgery in March.  still going for follow ups...waiting for the left implant to settle all the way.
