STicking to the Basics - Thurs
Good Morning All - I am having a TERRIBLE time with food. I see the Dr tomorrow and we are going to come up with a plan. I am wearing my seabands today but so far this morning things seem to be worse not better, we'll see as the day goes on. The nurse suggested I follow the completely un-WLS friendly "early pregnancy diet" so a few days won't kill me...
B: 1/4 bagel with cream cheese
S: few crackers with cheese
L: pierogies with l/f cheese
S: fage and peaches
D: pastina with egg and cheese
S: chocolate pudding.
I know realistically I won't get 1/2 of this in but this is my plan...

Morning folks...
Liz - so sorry to hear that you're suffering this way. My niece had it really badly during her first pregnancy and it seemed that nothing would work, but then it suddenly cleared up and she had smooth sailing from that point on. Hopefully that will be the case for you, too, and that it will happen SOON! I've not personally had it, but have been told that continually keeping something in your stomach helps to reduce it - preferably saltine-type crackers, toast, adn things like that. Again, not WLS-ideal, but maybe rice crackers or something like that would be an appropriate alternative?
Anyway, my plan for the day. Food has felt out of control for me the last 2 days and I'm trying to figure out why. Haven't gone over my limits, but have felt "binge-y" and unplanned with my eating, at least in my head. Sigh.
B: Egg beaters, chicken sausage, flatout wrap
S: Grapes
L: Turkey chili and brown rice
S: Yogurt
D: Probably tilapia
S: SF pudding with cool whip light
E: Cardio, stretching, some ab work
