Thursday Exercise
so 4 days into the week, I find out that I did not understand what Rocco was saying that I should be doing for the next 3 weeks. I know I did, but he said that I did not and should not be working the same parts for so many days in a row. I didn't think it sounded right, but he's the trainer, so I figured he knew what he was talking about... talk about blonde moment..
Anyway, I met him at the gym and we did back, biceps, and abs. And to top it off (Norm, you're going to love this one), we were back in one of the empty classrooms and I was doing an ab move--laying on my back, had to lift both my legs and head off the ground and what happens... in front of this man who "trains" me... TOOT... freakin protein drinks.. LOL!! I laughed so freakin' hard.. I was so embarrased.
Thank G-d that's all it was.
This would have been so much less embarrassing if were not in the ECHOING classroom.. OMG...
He was very professional at first, but then must have remembered it was just me and said "nice, but if it smells, I'm lettin' one rip too.. "
OMFG I guess there are no longer any barriers between the two of us.. not that there were many before.. LOL!!
ANYWAY, now that I've shared my embarrassment with friends, next time I go, I'm supposed to do upper legs, then the next time should be shoulders and calves.. makes more sense. BUT, I swear he said focus on one area. Whatever... what a freakin' night..
