Geoff here I was having a pity party for myself with things going wrong in my life and when I read someone else's I don't want to trade.  I guess its true.  I am sad to hear your news and will keep you in my thoughts. Now for the protein shake.....keep in mind that ok that may do it but you still have to learn to re-eat again. So just keep that in mind.  As for the other stuff hang in there.

Hi Linda,

I tried the Jay Robb egg white protein shake with skim plus, 1/2 banana and 2 frozen strawberries,  it was actually very good.  I am getting in over 80g protein today.  That's a first!!!

Geoff hang in there we have lots of recipes to try and not everyone likes the same stuff but we share and sooner or later we hit paydirt and find a protein shake we love I know it sounds crazy but when I am working for the Dept of Treasury in NJ I make a quick shake in the am and run out the door but carefully plan my rest of the day menu,  Its all about thoughtful planning and seeing what works for us personally. 80g protein thats good, hang in there one day at a time it will all come together for you.
