Wednesday exercise
Normally this would be a cardio AM , wehgt training afternoon day, but I have to be available from 12-3 as a phone-a-freind for a former coworker who is auditioning for who wants to be a millionaire? today. So I'll just be hitting the elliptical, and making up the weights hopefully tomorrow.
How about the rest of PA?

WOW Norm! That is so cool that you might be the phone a friend!! Good luck to your friend!
Today, I may do some cardio. BUT, I think it is going to be a rest day.
Since I am doing the new routine of working the same parts for days/weeks in a row, I am a bit sore today. Tomorrow is Rocco day, so I need to be able to work hard tomorrow.

Morning, Folks!
Norm - way cool! Have fun with it! HG - boy, can I empathize!
Just got back from the gym. Had a good cardio day - rower and elliptical (with a higher incline and resistance than usual, so the buttocks are tingly!) followed by a nice round of stretching and just a couple of weights (I'll do the full strive circuit tomorrow, as planned).
WOW moment, though - I realized this morning that my arm strength has progressed to being able to do "real" modified pushups! The ones where you're on your knees with feet off the floor! Managed 10 like that - where before I've only managed to do wall pushups! Yay! Another sign of progress! I should mention that even in grade school, I could never ever do real pushups.
Now on to the rest of the day!
