October Cooking Class / Support Group!

Good Morning all!!! Saturday 10/17 from noon-??? (usually 4-5 ish) will be October's Cooking Class. All are welcome regardless of stage in the journey, surgeon or hospital. Support People also welcome!

If anyone has a request of a recipe they would like to see made more WLS friendly let me know and I'll work on it!

So, I think I am bringing a friend with me on Saturday.  As of now, she is coming with me.  We will leave from synagogue so we'll probably get there around 1 or so, depending on how late services run.  She is a few years out from her surgery and is looking for support to stay on track.  Her name is Linda.  I know you will all welcome her with open arms!

With "icky" weather, 4 kiddos, and still moving to do...........I will definately be staying in my part of the state. But I hope you all have a great time and look forward to seeing recipies!

Hopefully we'll be able to get together one of these months!

Im hoping kelley has off so maybe we can find a pumpkin patch or something down that way.
We a trying to do family things before he leaves nextweekend for Florida :(

There is a pumpkin place right down the street from my house (on your way back out to 78 the back way Lois showed you)
