Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday
My plan:
M1: EAS protein drink after the gym
M2: WC oatmeal
M3: spring mix, 4oz chicken, 8 olives, 1 boiled egg white and a splash of good seasonings dressing
M4: apple
M5: Apple turkey burger, 1/4 cranberry sauce and green beans

Not sure what order any of this will be in but here's what I threw into my bag:
Greek yogurt w/ berries
Edamame
Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon
Ham and cheese on a thin crisp
Protein Shake
Bag of popcorn
String cheese
I'll be out of the house for a minimum of 14 hours starting tonight, if not closer to 18 so I figure I beter jam as much stuff into there as I could to be prepared for whatever :) I also have a separate bag packed with water and crystal light.

Get to go into work a bit late this morning, so for once- I have time to post. (Pre-op menu below, but it's getting there! It seems like so much food compared to you all!)
