Tuesday Exercise!

It's an easy day for me, with my 60-minute elliptical workout due to kick off in about an hour once I pack my lunch and make my way over to the gym at work.

Weather dependent, I make take a quick walk over lunch today, just to get away from my desk for a few minutes.

It's great to hear from the rest of you guys about your activities for the day...  so let's hear it!

45 minutes on the treadmill with increased degrees of incline - I like messing around with the incline and seeing how many minutes I can make it without sliding off the back... LOL.  It's a great sweat!

Morning Norm and PA...

Today's plan is to spend the day stretching my sore legs from spin last night.  I didn't think it had been that long since I had been there, but my body is telling me different. 

After work, I will head over to the gym for about 30 mins on the treadmill doing different inclines, just like u Beth.. though I don't chance the falling off thing cause I'd be the one to fall!! LOL!!

I will also continue with my triceps, chest, ab thing that Rocco has me doing.  It worked out pretty well yesterday.

Keep moving everyone!!

so how about I jinxed myself.. I'm not sure what happened, but when I was on the treadmill..
something happened and I slipped a bit.  I really don't know how it happened, but I am SO GLAD I was holding on because I was able to catch myself... UGH..  good thing, though, is that 8 months ago, I would not have been able to catch myself and would have ended up on the ground crying.

Did my hour on the bike last night - over 13 miles - a personal best!! May go to Curves tonight depending on how knees are feeling later - if they're not up to it I'll just do my bike again.

I did an hour on my elliptical and pushed my resistance way up. I lost another pound!! Whoo Hoo!!
