Finally Friday Exercise!

I'm up waaaay early to get all of my gym commitments taken care of before work, because I have an early meeting and then have to hit up the dentist over my lunch today, so I'll be lifting from 5:30-6:30, then on the elliptical til 7:30, then HI HO, HI HO, it's off to work I go.

I've had a great weeek, met all of my fitness goals, and have been very good about my eatign as well. I'm feeling quite accomplished.

What are the rest of you guys up to today?

Congrats Norm on meeting your exercise goals!

I will be walking with my students during our walk-a-thon today for 45 minutes.  Then I am back on recovery mode.  I am starting to feel more like myself but promised my friend not to do anything for a full week.

I will be taking my 2.5 mile walk today either outdoors or on the treadmill depends on the weather.

Good Morning Norm & PA!
I only did a half an hour on the Elliptical as I am still having  back problems. I think I need to stop procrastinating and go visit my orthopedist. Time for some therapy and good drugs. lol. Hope everyone has a good day!

At the Y tonight.  may try Zumba... we will see how brave I am.

otherwise its an hour of cardio and strength exercises.

Going to the gym tonight after work - just couldn't get there on time this morning!  Today's a cardio day and I'm thinking of trying a beginning spin class if I can work out the timing.  otherwise, it will be rowing and elliptical, I think.

Good morning!!  I started out my morning with a 9:15 spin class and got a nice compliment from one of the women I see often in class... She looked over and said "Wow, you look like you've lost some weight... you look great"  What a way to start a Friday morning!!!

Had a great 3 mile run at lunch time.

Next week my work partner and I are running with the new police cadets so I'm working hard on the running so I keep up with them.

I'll be working out at plaent fitness over the weekend.
